1. Overview

Maja Trading Card House, operated by Legend Entertainment ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), is committed to transparency regarding our refund practices. This Refund Policy establishes the legal relationship between Maja Trading Card House and our customers regarding if and how refunds will be provided.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on majatcghouse.com, in-store, through Whatnot, or through TCGplayer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

This policy is legally binding. Depending on your location, local consumer protection laws may provide you with rights that are in addition to or different from what is outlined here. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

2. General Refund Policy

2.1 All Sales Final

All sales made through Maja Trading Card House are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on completed purchases except in the specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

2.2 No Returns

Maja Trading Card House does not accept the return of any products including Magic: The Gathering singles, sealed product, booster boxes, commander precons, TCG accessories, or subscription box contents except as expressly provided in this policy.

2.3 Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection laws. If you believe your rights under applicable law exceed what is provided in this policy, please contact us to discuss your situation.

3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

3.1 Damaged Items Upon Arrival

If your order arrives visibly damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement subject to the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date as shown in your USPS tracking information. Damage claims submitted after 7 calendar days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Required Documentation: To submit a damage claim you must provide all of the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged outer packaging showing all sides

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product contents

  • A written description of the damage

  • Confirmation of your delivery date as shown in tracking

Review Process: All damage claims are reviewed by our team within 5 business days of receipt. Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before making a determination. Submission of a damage claim does not guarantee approval.

Resolution: Upon approval of a damage claim, Maja Trading Card House will offer one of the following resolutions entirely at our discretion:

  • Full replacement of the damaged item(s) subject to inventory availability

  • Partial refund for the damaged item(s)

  • Full refund for the damaged item(s)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage was the direct result of our packaging error.

3.2 Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within the following timeframes after the ship date and USPS tracking shows no movement or update:

  • Domestic shipments: 15 business days after the ship date

  • International shipments: 45 business days after the ship date

Process: If your package meets the above criteria, contact us at majatcghouse.com with your order number and tracking information. Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to require you to file a USPS missing mail search before a resolution is offered. We will cooperate fully with any USPS investigation.

Resolution: Upon confirmation of a lost package, Maja Trading Card House will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Full replacement of the lost order subject to inventory availability

  • Full refund of the order amount

  • Store credit equal to the order amount

Important: Packages marked as delivered by USPS are not considered lost regardless of whether you received the package. See Section 4 for packages marked as delivered but not received.

3.3 Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. You must provide your order number, a description of the incorrect item received, and photographs of the item received. Upon verification, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide return instructions for the incorrect item at our expense.

3.4 Order Never Fulfilled

If your order was successfully charged but never fulfilled or shipped and you have not received any shipping notification within 14 business days of your order date, please contact us at majatcghouse.com. We will investigate and offer a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

4. Non-Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

4.1 Change of Mind

We do not issue refunds because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or found a lower price elsewhere after completing your purchase.

4.2 Card Value Fluctuation

We do not issue refunds due to changes in the market value of Magic: The Gathering cards after purchase. Card values fluctuate based on market conditions outside of our control.

4.3 Condition Disagreements

We do not issue refunds due to minor disagreements in card condition grading. Minor variations in condition assessment are inherent to the collectibles industry. Refunds for condition will only be considered if a card is significantly and materially misrepresented in its listing.

4.4 Packages Marked as Delivered

We do not issue refunds for packages that USPS confirms as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in investigating with USPS but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.

4.5 International Customs & Duties

We do not issue refunds for packages held, seized, delayed, or destroyed by foreign customs authorities. International buyers accept full responsibility for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees at the time of purchase. Packages refused at customs due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refund.

4.6 Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

We do not issue refunds for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their shipping address.

4.7 Delayed Deliveries

We do not issue refunds for delayed deliveries caused by USPS, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4.8 Subscription Box Contents

All subscription box sales are final. Refunds are not available for subscription boxes that have been shipped or picked up except in the case of damaged items as outlined in Section 3.1.

4.9 Digital Products or Perks

Stream access perks, reserved lots, and any other digital or intangible benefits included with subscriptions have no cash value and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

5. Subscription Refund Policy

5.1 Monthly Billing

All subscription plans are billed on the 1st of each month. Charges that have already been processed on the 1st of the month are non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months under any circumstances.

5.2 Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previously billed period. No box will be prepared or shipped for months in which payment was not collected.

5.3 Failed Fulfillment

If we are unable to fulfill your subscription box in a given month due to circumstances on our end, you will receive either a full refund for that month's subscription charge or a credit toward your next month's box at our discretion.

5.4 Collector's Club

Due to the limited enrollment nature of the Collector's Club and the premium hand-curation involved, no refunds will be issued for Collector's Club boxes once a box has been prepared and shipped or made available for pickup.

6. Collection Buyout Refund Policy

6.1 Final Transactions

All collection buyout transactions are final once payment has been issued to the seller. Maja Trading Card House does not accept the return of purchased collections or issue payment reversals after a buyout has been completed.

6.2 Seller Responsibility

By submitting a collection for buyout, sellers represent and warrant that they are the lawful owner of all items and have the legal right to sell them. Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for purchasing stolen property. If stolen property is identified after purchase, we reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement and no refund will be issued to a seller who misrepresented ownership.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Approved Refund Timeframes

Once a refund has been approved by Maja Trading Card House, please allow the following timeframes for processing:

  • Credit or debit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution

  • Store credit: Applied to your account within 2 business days of approval

  • PayPal or digital payment refunds: 3 to 5 business days

Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor after a refund has been issued on our end.

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash or by check except in circumstances where the original payment method is no longer available, in which case we will work with you to identify an appropriate resolution.

7.3 Partial Refunds

Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to issue partial refunds where only a portion of an order is eligible for refund. Partial refunds will reflect the value of the eligible item(s) only and will not include shipping costs unless the shipping error was caused by Maja Trading Card House.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that does not qualify for a refund under this policy, Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to:

  • Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation

  • Suspend or permanently terminate your account

  • Refuse future orders from you

  • Pursue any available legal remedies to recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

9. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us through the following:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The email address associated with your account

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs where applicable (damaged items, incorrect items)

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and provide a determination within 5 business days of receiving all required documentation.

10. Changes to This Policy

Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to majatcghouse.com. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

11. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
