1. Overview
Maja Trading Card House, operated by Legend Entertainment, is committed to fulfilling your orders accurately and in a timely manner. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on majatcghouse.com, in-store, or through any of our selling channels, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Order Processing
All orders require a processing period before they are shipped. Processing includes verification of payment, order review, and packaging.
Standard Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days from the date of confirmed payment.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as new set releases, promotional events, or holidays. Maja Trading Card House will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays via email.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery time is the sum of your processing time plus your chosen shipping method's transit time.
3. Shipping Carrier
Maja Trading Card House ships all domestic orders exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to change our carrier at any time without prior notice if circumstances require. Customers will be notified of any carrier changes at the time of shipment.
4. Domestic Shipping — United States
We ship to all 50 United States, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.
4.1 Standard Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2 Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders. Expedited shipping options and their associated costs will be displayed at checkout. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not reduce or eliminate the standard 3 to 5 business day processing period. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only — your order must still complete the processing period before it is handed to USPS.
4.3 Free Shipping
Maja Trading Card House does not currently offer free shipping thresholds. Shipping costs apply to all orders. This policy is subject to change and promotional free shipping offers may be made available from time to time at our discretion.
4.4 Subscription Box Shipping
Subscription boxes (The Sealed Pack, The Curator, and Collector's Club) are shipped within 5 business days following successful billing on the 1st of each month. Shipping is included in the subscription price for all domestic subscribers. Expedited shipping is not available for subscription boxes.
5. International Shipping
Maja Trading Card House ships internationally. International orders are available at the buyer's expense. All international shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority.
5.1 International Processing & Transit Times
International orders follow the same 3 to 5 business day processing period. Transit times vary significantly by destination country and are estimates only. Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import holds, or carrier delays outside of the United States.
5.2 Customs & Import Duties
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and will not be refunded. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for packages refused at customs.
5.3 International Restrictions
Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to refuse international shipments to certain countries or regions at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for packages seized, held, or destroyed by foreign customs authorities.
5.4 Subscription Boxes — International
International subscription boxes are available. International shipping costs for subscription boxes are not included in the subscription price and will be charged separately at the time of fulfillment. Subscribers will be notified of international shipping costs prior to their first shipment.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and handed to USPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for inaccurate tracking updates provided by USPS. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, you must contact us immediately at majatcghouse.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address if the order has not yet been handed to USPS. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee an address change.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within the following timeframes after the ship date and tracking shows no movement:

Domestic: 15 business days

International: 45 business days
If your package meets the above criteria and is considered lost, please contact us at majatcghouse.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the matter with USPS on your behalf.
Upon confirmation of a lost package, Maja Trading Card House will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

Full Replacement — We will reship your order at no additional cost to you subject to inventory availability

Store Credit or Refund — We will issue a store credit or refund equal to the value of the lost order
Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to require a USPS missing mail search to be filed before a replacement or refund is issued. Packages marked as delivered by USPS are not considered lost. See Section 9 for packages marked as delivered but not received.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date as shown in your USPS tracking. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
To file a damage claim you must provide:

Clear photographs of the damaged package exterior

Clear photographs of the damaged contents

A description of the damage
Upon review and approval of your damage claim, Maja Trading Card House will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

Replacement — We will reship the damaged item(s) subject to inventory availability

Partial or Full Refund — We will issue a refund for the damaged item(s)
Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to file a claim with USPS for damaged packages. We may require the damaged package and contents to be retained for inspection purposes.
10. Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

Check all exterior doors, porches, mailboxes, and surrounding areas of your property

Check with neighbors or building management

Wait 24 to 48 hours as USPS occasionally marks packages as delivered prematurely

Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number

Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS to the address provided at checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the matter with USPS but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable for any reason other than our error, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
12. In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available at no additional charge for all orders and subscription boxes. Customers selecting in-store pickup will be notified via email when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 14 calendar days of the pickup notification. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be subject to cancellation without refund at our discretion.
Valid photo identification may be required at pickup. Orders may only be picked up by the account holder unless prior arrangements have been made with our team.
13. Changes to This Policy
Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to majatcghouse.com. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
