Overview

Pre-orders are available for upcoming collectible card game releases including but not limited to Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, One Piece, Lorcana, and Flesh and Blood. By placing a pre-order with Maja Trading Card House you agree to all terms outlined in this policy. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Payment

All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Your pre-order is not confirmed or reserved until payment has been received in full. Placing a pre-order without completing payment does not reserve product on your behalf. We accept all payment methods available through our website at majatchouse.com.

Cancellations

Cancellations on pre-order items are permitted for store credit only under the following conditions. You may cancel up to 3 weeks before the official release date of the pre-ordered set or within 72 hours of placing your pre-order. Both conditions are subject to the store credit only limitation. No cash refunds will be issued for pre-order cancellations under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy.

After the cancellation window closes for a given set no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be issued for any reason except as outlined in the Allocation Shortfall and Damaged Product sections of this policy.

Price Lock Guarantee

The price you pay at the time of your pre-order is the price you pay at fulfillment. Maja Trading Card House will not adjust pre-order pricing upward or downward between the time of purchase and fulfillment regardless of any changes in market value or distributor pricing.

Fulfillment Timeline

Pre-orders will be fulfilled within 10 days of the official release weekend for each set subject to product arriving from our distributor on or around the release date. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped. Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for delays caused by distributors, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside of our control.

Fulfillment Order

All pre-orders are fulfilled on a strictly first come first served basis determined by the date and time your order was placed. The earliest orders placed are the first fulfilled. This applies equally to local pickup and shipped orders.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at no additional charge at our store location. You will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when you arrive.

Shipping

Shipped pre-orders will be packaged securely and sent via USPS within 10 days of the official release weekend. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships. Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once a package has been handed to the carrier with a valid tracking number.

Allocation Shortfall

Maja Trading Card House sources all pre-order product through licensed distributors. In the event that our distributor allocation is insufficient to fulfill all pre-orders the following policy applies. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received until available product is exhausted. Customers whose orders cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient allocation will be notified immediately by phone or email and will receive one of the following resolutions at their choice. A full cash refund processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Or store credit equal to their full order amount plus an additional 10 percent as a courtesy for the inconvenience. Maja Trading Card House is not responsible for distributor allocation decisions and cannot guarantee fulfillment of all pre-orders in the event of limited supply. An allocation shortfall is the only circumstance under which a cash refund will be issued on a pre-order item.

Damaged Product

All pre-order product is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment or pickup. Once a sealed product has been opened no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. If you receive a pre-order product that arrives damaged due to shipping or that shows clear evidence of tampering or damage to the factory seal before opening you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. To submit a claim you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation as shown in your tracking information. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances. You must provide your full name and order number, clear photographs of the damaged or tampered outer packaging before opening showing all sides, clear photographs of any visible damage to the factory seal, a written description of the damage or tampering observed, and confirmation of your delivery date as shown in tracking. All claims are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval. Upon approval Maja Trading Card House will offer either a full replacement subject to inventory and allocation availability or a full refund to the original payment method at our discretion. Opened product is not eligible for refund or replacement regardless of the condition of the contents inside.

Sealed Product and Singles

Due to price fluctuations in the TCG market we cannot accept returns for single cards or sealed product once a pre-order has been fulfilled and the product has left our possession. All fulfilled pre-order sales are final subject only to the damaged product provisions outlined above.

Agreement

By placing a pre-order with Maja Trading Card House you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy. Maja Trading Card House reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing pre-order customers directly.
